INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Confetti Killer Brownie
1 lb of white chocolate ganache
Sugar flowers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.
Slowly dip half of the brownie in white chocolate ganache.
Finish with one (1) sugar flower.
Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!
NOTE:
You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
