Spring-Themed Confetti Killer Brownie®

We bake, and you decorate! With Confetti Killer Brownies®, you can eliminate the need for baking in-house and still offer your patrons a gourmet spring dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Confetti Killer Brownie
1 lb of white chocolate ganache
Sugar flowers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Slowly dip half of the brownie in white chocolate ganache.

  4. Finish with one (1) sugar flower. 

  5. Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!

NOTE:

  • You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
