INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Brookie Fudge Brownie
2 lbs of vanilla Perfect Finish
1 lb of chocolate ganache
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.
Slowly dip half of the brownie into the chocolate ganache.
Top with a scoop of Perfect Finish.
Drizzle with more chocolate ganache.
Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!
