Pazookie ft. the Killer Brownie® Brookie

Easily recreate the classic Pazookie using the Killer Brownie® Brookie! You’ll elevate your bakery cases and increase sales with this gourmet decorating suggestion.

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Brookie Fudge Brownie
2 lbs of vanilla Perfect Finish
1 lb of chocolate ganache

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Slowly dip half of the brownie into the chocolate ganache.

  4. Top with a scoop of Perfect Finish.

  5. Drizzle with more chocolate ganache.

  6. Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!
