Oreo® Cookie Crush ft. the Killer Brownie® Chocolatier
A low-labor way to upgrade your offerings! Try this easy plating idea that turns the gourmet Killer Brownie® Chocolatier into a decadent dessert creation!

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Chocolatier Fudge Brownie
2 lbs of whipped cream
1 lb of Oreos® (crushed and divided in half)
5 oz of chocolate ganache
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.
Mix ½ of the crushed Oreos® into the whipped cream.
Spread the cookies & cream whipped cream across each brownie.
Top with the remaining crushed Oreos®.
Drizzle with chocolate ganache.
Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!
