Killer Brownie® Chocolatier Flower Garden

Increase bakery sales with this elevated spring dessert! Using pre-baked Killer Brownie® Chocolatier slabs, easily create a decadent treat perfect for customers’ spring plans while saving on labor and shrink. 

SERVINGS:
6 trays

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of Killer Brownie’s® 96-cut Chocolatier
24 oz of green icing
Sugar flowers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies into trays—16 brownie bites make 1 tray.

  3. Put the green icing into a piping bag with a grass icing tip, and pipe the icing onto the top of the brownies to mimic the look of grass.

  4. Finish the dessert by carefully placing sugar flowers on each brownie bite. 

  5. Finish with a Killer Brownie® sticker on the lid, and they’re ready to merchandise!
