Snowflake Stenciled Chocolatier Bites

Fill your holiday displays with this low-labor dessert to offer your customers a premium, grab-and-go product perfect for the season. 

SERVINGS:
6 (16-count trays)

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 96-cut Chocolatier
1 oz of donut powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Score the slab into six (6) 16-count squares.

  2. Carefully push the stencil down on top of one of the brownie squares and sprinkle powdered donut sugar on top of the stencil. Be careful not to go past the edge of the stencil.

  3. Lift the stencil straight up when the sugaring is complete.

  4. Repeat on the remaining squares.

  5. Add one of the 16-count squares to a tray, and they’re ready to merchandise!

NOTES

  • Experiment with a different design; you can find various 6” square stencils for any season or occasion on Etsy!
