2 lbs of buttercream icing
35 miniature gingerbread man cookies
.5 oz of red sugar sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.
Top each brownie with a swirl of icing.
Finish with sprinkles and a miniature gingerbread man cookie.
