INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of Killer Brownie’s® 96-cut Chocolatier
24 oz meringue
PROVISIONS:
A culinary butane torch
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies into trays—16 brownie bites make 1 tray.
Smooth the meringue on top of the brownies.
Finish by carefully browning the meringue with a torch until golden.
Add a Killer Brownie® sticker on the lid, and they’re ready to merchandise!
