Killer Brownie’s® Chocolatier with Toasted Meringue

Increase sales with a grab-and-go, gourmet dessert! Using Killer Brownie’s® Chocolatier as a base, easily create this low-labor decadent dessert with minimal ingredients.

SERVINGS:
6 trays

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of Killer Brownie’s® 96-cut Chocolatier
24 oz meringue

PROVISIONS:
A culinary butane torch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for a few hours.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies into trays—16 brownie bites make 1 tray.

  3. Smooth the meringue on top of the brownies.

  4. Finish by carefully browning the meringue with a torch until golden.

  5. Add a Killer Brownie® sticker on the lid, and they’re ready to merchandise!
