Cut labor costs with a gourmet spring-themed dessert! Using pre-baked Confetti Killer Brownies®, you can create an elevated seasonal offering without the hassle of in-house baking.

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Confetti Killer Brownie®
2 lbs of chocolate frosting
Mini chocolate eggs


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Add swirls of chocolate frosting to mimic the look of a bird’s nest.

  4. Top the frosting with three (3) mini chocolate eggs.

  5. Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!

NOTES:

  • You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
