Cookie Dough on Cookie Dough Killer Brownie®

Skip the hassle of in-house baking with the Cookie Dough Killer Brownie®! Using this pre-baked treat, you can create a year-round, elevated dessert with a nostalgic cookie dough flavor that consumers love.

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Cookie Dough Killer Brownie®
2 lbs of vanilla frosting
Edible cookie dough
Chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Top each brownie with a swirl of vanilla frosting and sprinkle with chocolate chips. 

  4. Roll a small cookie dough ball in your hands and place it on top of the frosting.

  5. Put them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!

NOTES:

  • You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
