Chilly Winter Delight ft. the Killer Brownie® Peppermint Chocolatier

Gourmet seasonal desserts are simple with Killer Brownies®! Using the Peppermint Chocolatier, craft a festive peppermint treat to add wintry delight to your offerings without any in-house baking.

INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Peppermint Chocolatier
2 lbs of vanilla frosting
Peppermint bark

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Add a swirl of vanilla frosting and finish with a piece of peppermint bark.

  4. Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!

NOTES:

  • You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
