INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Peppermint Chocolatier
2 lbs of vanilla frosting
Peppermint bark
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let the slab thaw at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.
Add a swirl of vanilla frosting and finish with a piece of peppermint bark.
Place them in your bakery cases for a decadent dessert display!
NOTES:
You don’t have to use the whole slab—simply thaw and merchandise what you need when you need it!
