Killer Brownie® Bite Flight

Offer your patrons a taste of several gourmet brownie flavors in one drool-worthy menu item. With five flavors of caramel-stuffed Killer Brownie® bites, this dessert will quickly become a staple on your menu.

SERVINGS:
5 flights total, each flight featuring 10 brownie bites

INGREDIENTS:
1 clamshell of Original Killer Brownie® bars
1 clamshell of Cookie Dough Killer Brownie® bars
1 clamshell of Peanut Butter Killer Brownie® bars
1 clamshell of Confetti Killer Brownie® bars
1 clamshell of Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® bars
Decorative toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Allow each clamshell to thaw at room temperature for one hour.

  2. Using a bench knife, cut each bar in half to create  two brownie bites.

  3. Take two bites of each flavor and add them to a small serving tray. Every tray will have two bites of each flavor, totalling ten bites per serving.

  4. Add a decorative toothpick to each bite and serve immediately!

NOTES:

  • Small cheese boards work great for this!

  • You can mix and match any flavors that would work well for your customers; consider adding seasonal bites to the flight!
