INGREDIENTS:
1 slab of 35-cut Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie®
2 lbs of chocolate icing
.5 oz of crushed peppermint
35 peppermint sticks
1 pack of mini marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let the slab thaw at room temperature.

  2. Using a bench knife, score and separate the brownies.

  3. Top each brownie with a swirl of icing and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

  4. Finish with a peppermint stick and marshmallows.

  5. Place them in your bakery cases to create a tasty, wintry display!
