As a service-first company, we want to ensure you're aware of our capabilities and the products we offer so we can best serve you and your customers. Killer Brownie® President and CCO Chimene Ross tackled some of our most frequently asked questions and gave dessert-worthy answers!
Do you wholesale?
Yes, that's all we do. Killer Brownies® are available through our retail partners and distributors throughout the United States. Anyone who wants to buy a gift online can go through our website and order from our e-commerce exclusive partner, Dorothy Lane Market.
Do you do private label?
Yes! About 30% of our business is private label in retail-ready and Foodservice.
Do you create custom products?
Yes — we love this part! We have a creative team of food scientists and a chef who can create a custom recipe for you. Some minimums are involved with this, but send the RFPs our way!
Do you make cookies or cakes?
No. We specialize in brownies, but brownies are the bomb!
How can I get your product?
All our products ship frozen, and you can buy direct or through a distributor.
From which distributors are you available?
Killer Brownies® are available in almost 30 distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Contact us, and we'll connect you to a regional or national distributor that can serve you the best.
Are you available in DOT?
Yes! We've been available in DOT since the summer of 2023.
What are your minimums to ship?
Our minimums to ship directly are three pallets frozen. We will do less than that, but we'd need to work out a special program for you. Alternatively, you can pick up for no minimums required.
Are you SQF certified?
Yes! We have been SQF-certified since 2017.
Are you kosher certified?
Yes! We're kosher-certified through the Orthodox Union. You can look for the kosher symbol on all of our packaging in retail.
Are you gluten-free?
Unfortunately, at our current facility, we cannot produce gluten-free products. But maybe one day!
Do you ship to Canada, Mexico, etc.?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada and South America through our distributor partners, and we're working on several more opportunities to ship internationally.
Do you offer individually wrapped products?
Yes, we do! It's our fastest-growing pack size.
Do you offer Foodservice pack?
Yes, in uncut, bar size, or bite size. We also have in-stock and made-to-order custom sizes.
